My lifelong passion for exercise, sports, and movement, has allowed me to discover my purpose, which is to empower women to move by increasing their confidence, starting from the inside. I created Gray Area Fitness to help women stop overthinking things and move.
Gray Area’s focus is mindset and movement. It’s about how you see yourself, your fitness journey, celebrating your progressions, your victories and every thing your body CAN DO! It’s YOU vs you. Your body will constantly change, which is why emphasis is placed on your mindset. What matters is how you treat your body, the respect you give it and how you feel on the inside.
My hope in the Gray Area is to incorporate the leadership skills I have learned so far to help women feel safe, use food as fuel, and see movement as a blessing! I want women to understand that fitness is NOT ‘a look’, fitness is about how you feel and appreciating all that your body does for you. Gray Area trains you to believe you can do anything you set your mind to by challenging you to see things from a new perspective.
Gray Area is not black or white, it was created for ALL levels of fitness where the intention is movement but the goal is much more. I believe you will gain confidence, reach your fitness goals and because of the mindset focused approach, you will take your mind to new limits!
