My lifelong passion for exercise, sports, and movement has led me to discover my purpose: to empower women to move by increasing their confidence, starting from the inside. I created Gray Area Fitness to help women stop overthinking and start moving.
Gray Area’s focus is mindset and movement. It’s about how you see yourself, your fitness journey, celebrating your progress, your victories, and everything your body CAN DO! It’s YOU vs. you. Your body will constantly change, which is why the emphasis is placed on mindset. What matters is how you treat your body, the respect you give it, and how you feel on the inside.
My hope in the Gray Area is to incorporate the leadership skills I’ve learned to help women feel safe, see food as fuel, and view movement as a blessing. I want women to understand that fitness is NOT a ‘look’ but rather about how you feel while appreciating all that your body does for you. Gray Area trains you to believe you can do anything you set your mind to by challenging you to see things from a new perspective.
The Gray Area is not black or white. It was created for women of ALL fitness levels. The intention is movement, but the goal is so much more. The mindset-focused approach in Gray Area will ensure you gain confidence, reach your fitness goals and overcome self-set limits that shouldn’t have been there in the first place!
